- 5 Dates
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 5 scoops Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
- Vanilla Extract and Cinnamon
- Dark Chocolate Chips or Dried Fruit
