- 1 cup.......Water or Almond Milk
- 1/2...........Banana
- 1/2 cup...Frozen Mixed Berries of Choice
- 1 scoop...Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp.....Egg Whites (optional)
- 1/4 cup...Plain Greek Yogurt (optional)
- 1 tbsp.....Honey (optional)
- 1/4 cup...Oats (optional)
- -Optional veggies, peanut better, nuts, chia seeds, and/or Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. Mix Ingredients in a blender (liquid first)
2. Garnish with berries on a toothpick and mint leaves
