  • 1/2...........Banana
  • 1/2 cup...Frozen Mixed Berries of Choice
  • 1 scoop...Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp.....Egg Whites (optional)
  • 1/4 cup...Plain Greek Yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tbsp.....Honey (optional)
  • 1/4 cup...Oats (optional)
  • -Optional veggies, peanut better, nuts, chia seeds, and/or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Calories 250-350
  • Protein 30-40

Method

    1. Mix Ingredients in a blender (liquid first)
    2. Garnish with berries on a toothpick and mint leaves
